不過在電子報中第一句話倒是讓我有點奇怪的聯想....看過哈利波特吧，還記得「柏蒂全口味豆」嗎？那句話的意思就有點像是這種感覺，「你買了一套UTM解決方案，就像是買了一盒巧克力....你永遠不知道你會拿到什麼。」
我想這個原因很清楚，因為雖然UTM包含很多樣功能，而其功能也有一定的定義（根據IDC所定），但是每一項功能是不是都有完整的機制？這就是見仁見智了，畢竟在我實地測試UTM的過程中，有的產品可以提供相當完整的選擇控制功能，但是有的產品就只有簡單的一個選項--打勾或不打勾。以下附上電子報中的原文，有興趣的請查閱相關報導（或去買報告吧）。
